At Full Circle Bookkeeping, we’re all about clear communication, mutual respect, and doing the right thing. If you ever feel like something’s not quite right — whether it’s a concern, misunderstanding, or something more serious — we want to hear about it.
Start by reaching out to us directly. Most issues can be resolved quickly with a conversation, and we’re always open to feedback. But if you’d prefer to take things further, there are a few formal pathways available to you.
If your complaint relates to our conduct as registered BAS Agents — such as a breach of professional standards — you can lodge a complaint with the Tax Practitioners Board.
🔗 Submit a complaint to the TPB
They’ll ask for a bit of info about your concerns and may request supporting documents.
If your issue involves how we’ve handled your tax or BAS obligations, you can lodge a complaint with the Australian Taxation Office.
🔗 Give feedback or make a complaint to the ATO
The ATO can look into concerns around lodgement issues, agent behaviour, or breaches of the Tax Agent Services Act.
If you’ve already tried resolving the issue through the ATO but are still unsatisfied, you can take your complaint to the Taxation Ombudsman (part of the Inspector-General of Taxation).
🔗 Lodge a complaint with the Tax Ombudsman
They’re an independent body that reviews how the ATO handles complaints and tax administration processes.
